Both parties agree that these terms and conditions apply without reserve or restriction to the whole of the sales of items featured on 3fees.com, website of the company SARL 3 Fees. Consequently, the acquisition of any product via the 3Fees.com website involves full acceptance of these terms, which the Buyer admits having acknowledged before ordering. Prior to any transaction the Buyer, acting as a private individual declares that the purchase is without direct connection to any professional activity, is strictly limited to personal use and that having full legal capacity he is allowed to purchase under the present terms and conditions of sale. The products are featured in the catalogue published on the 3Fees.com website.These products are offered within the limit of available stocks.SARL 3Fees reserves the right to modify at any time the assortment of products.Each product comes with a description established by SARL 3Fees and a photograph that cannot offer a perfect similarity with the product, particularly in regards to colour.The products sold remain the full and whole property of SARL 3Fees until total cashing of the price, tax and expenses included.
The sale prices of the products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, delivery costs excluded.Delivery costs are charged separately, depending on the amount of the order, and will be indicated before validation of the order by the Buyer.The prices include VAT, applicable to the day of the order. Stocks available on the 3Fees.com website are constantly updated but some items may happen to be currently unavailable. The offers are only valid within limits of available stocks.In the event of unavailability of stocks, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer by e-mail.There will be no compensation or indemnity for the Buyer other than replacement or refund of the product if the payment has been processed.Our bargain offers are valid within the double limit of length of validity of the said offer, and stock availability.
The products are sent to the address indicated on the order.Reserves can only be issued regarding the quantities delivered.In the event of obvious anomaly of the parcel (damaged, open parcel, traces of liquid, etc...) the Buyer should refuse the delivery or take it back to the Post Office within 5 working days. Handling and packing is executed within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. SARL 3Fees will inform the Buyer of any predictable over-extension of the terms.
The amount of the order is debited from the Buyer's account when the order ships.All orders are payable in Euros, taxes included. Any bank charges (such as exchange commissions) are paid by the Buyer (even in case of refund).The Buyer can pay for his online purchase by Credit Card or Paypal via secured payment. The card number and expiry date or bank details are encrypted and forwarded to an online secured payment company, the Buyer's data cannot be accessed by SARL 3 Fees or any third party. The data can only be re-used in the event of litigation and refund.Payments by cheque should be made out to SARL 3 Fees and sent to SARL 3 Fees, 18 rue Pharaon, 31000 Toulouse, France. The total amount of the order, including delivery costs, is indicated on the order confirmation receipt. The order will be processed at the time of reception of the cheque.Sarl 3 Fees will store the data as proof of the order and transactions.Data stored by the payment system are considered as proof of the financial transaction.The price is payable upon order.Should an invoice showing up VAT be needed, it can be sent on demand of the Buyer, in paper form to the registered address.In return for SARL 3 Fees's engagements, the Buyer is asked to respect the terms of paymentSARL 3Fees reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery whatever their nature and level of completion in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Buyer, failure to pay, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the www.3fees.com website.Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate raised by five points are applicable in totality to the amounts unpaid at the conclusion of a ten day deadline following the date of invoicing, or from the notification of rejection of payment by the bank for any other means of payment. The delivery of any new order could be suspended in the event of delay of payment of a previous order and this, notwithstanding the state of the current order.
According to Part L21-20 of the French Consumer Code, section 2001-741, the Buyer has seven (7) days from the date of reception to return the ordered products for exchange or refund. The products must be returned to SARL 3 Fees in a perfect state of resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories and instructions) and duly sealed.Faulty or missing product:Although our parcels are handled and packed with great care it is possible that a product could accidently be missing, or could have been damaged during shipping. Therefore the Buyer should always check the parcel for conformity. Any anomaly (missing or broken product, damaged parcel) should be reported on the day of reception or the next day at the latest at SARL 3 Fees Customer Service, by mail to SARL 3 Fees, 18 rue Pharaon, 310000 Toulouse, France or by e-mail to Vanessa@3fees.com. SARL 3Fees will not accept any claim after this deadline. SARL 3Fees reserves the right to claim the return of the faulty products. Providing all aforementioned conditions are met, SARL 3Fees will then proceed to the exchange or refund of the missing or faulty product.Conformity problems :In the event of delivery of a product not corresponding to the order (defective or not corresponding) the Buyer must form a claim within seven (7) working days after signing the delivery receipt. SARL 3Fees will then proceed to the exchange or refund of the product. Any claimed formed after this deadline will not be accepted.General conditions or refund:Any refunding by SARL 3Fees will be carried out within a 30 days after reception deadline, by crediting the Buyer's account, or by cheque or transfer in the name of the Buyer and at the registered address.General conditions of return:-For obvious hygiene reasons no return of "Powders" or "Brushes" will be accepted, unless a handling and packing mistake has been made by SARL 3Fees.-If the parcel is returned unopened the Buyer will be refunded of the amount of the order, excluding shipping costs.-Should the parcel be returned because of a mistake by SARL 3Fees, the Buyer will be refunded of the total amount, shipping included.
